Maintenance Worker I
Campus: Boone/Lincoln Classified PG 2 Full-Time with benefits
Responsibilities: Maintains and cares for interior and exterior buildings and grounds. Operates hand tools, walk-behind equipment, small riding equipment, etc. Responsible for light maintenance including painting, preventative maintenance, all phases of janitorial work and grounds keeping operations and some HVAC System tasks. Adheres to established procedures, techniques, and safety requirements. Maintains campus security.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED and six months recent custodial/maintenance experience. Must be able to stand, walk, lift over 50 pounds, bend, stoop and climb daily for extended periods of time. Must have the ability to use and operate tools and equipment. Must have a valid driver's license. Application Deadline is September 9, 2019. Position will remain open until filled.
